The Mulcol Multimastic FB1 & FB2 are high-density rock mineral wool, fire stop boards with Multimastic C Firestop coating on one or both sides. The FB fire stopping boards have been specifically designed to provide a fire-resistant seal to larger openings within a building, achieving a fire-resistant and smoke-proof seal between rooms. The FB fire stop boards can resist fire for up to 240 minutes, they can be used outside, they have an acoustic insulation value of Rw 55 dB and a working life of 25 years.
